Well trained landscape technicians supervised by an on-site foreman, with the proper equipment. All employees wear a green company uniform, with easily identifiable STAFF letters written on the back.
No deposit is required to book our services. We do require you sign a contract, but you are free to cancel before any work begins, and payment is only due upon completion.
We accept Cash, Cheque, E-transfer, Visa, and MasterCard. Please be advised that any landscape project paid for with credit will be subject to a 3.5% surcharge.
We bill you only on the amount of sod actually used. Any remainder will be sold or used on another job. Any more required will be brought in via a second delivery or pick-up. This ensures a fair and equitable billing.
We use only contractor grade weed fabric. It is the same material that is typically used for City of Calgary projects that require long project lifespans.
Unfortunately we are unable to control the weather.... yet. If it rains, we are unable to work on the majority of our sites. This means that everyone is pushed back until the weather clears up. If the weather does clear up, it must be dry for us to commence installation. If we started installs in muddy yards, it becomes likely that proper levelling will not be possible.
Our crews complete installations in variety of different locations surrounding Calgary. Our highly sought after specialists travel as far south as Lethbridge, North as Olds, West as Sundre, and East as Drumheller.
We have an on-site foreman that is happy to make any small last minute changes. Unfortunately if there are large changes to size or scope, extra charges will apply to remove or order excess material. This is why we encourage any fine tuning of your landscape plan to occur leading up to your installation.
A one year warranty is provided for any retail price tree installation. In addition, if any sod is installed dies due to pre existing conditions of the sod (missing patches, heat induced damage) it will be replaced free of charge. We do not cover the damage to sod due to mistreatment such as under/over irrigation, physical damage due to neglect, over/under fertilization, or any other mistreatment of the lawn.
